🔹 Expense Payment Methods — Restructured
The way you categorize how an expense is paid has been redesigned for clarity.
Previously, "Paid by" combined two concepts into one field with four options: Paid by Company, Paid by Employee, Petty Cash, and Credit Card.
These are now split into two separate fields:

This makes it explicit who is responsible for the expense and how the payment was made. Existing expenses have been migrated automatically — no action required.
🔹 Generate Expense Batch from the Expense List
You can now generate an expense batch directly from the expense list view, without having to open each expense individually. This streamlines the submission process for managers handling multiple employees.
🔹 Balance Sheet Breakdown by Account Code
The IFRS Balance Sheet report now supports grouping lines by account code, providing a more granular and auditable view of assets and liabilities for the accounting team.
✨ Improvements
⚙️ Outstanding Balance Displayed in Batch Currency
The outstanding balance shown on expense batches is now denominated in the batch's own currency, making approval amounts easier to read and compare — especially in multi-currency environments.
⚙️ Expenses Restored to Draft When Batch is Deleted
If an expense batch is deleted, the related expenses are automatically set back to draft status. This prevents expenses from being stuck and ensures they can be reprocessed without manual intervention.
