š¹ Account Tier Validation
A new approval layer has been added for accounting operations. TheĀ pisa_account_tier_validationĀ module now bridges account moves, purchase orders, and expense batches into a unified tier-based approval flow ā giving finance managers more control over what gets posted and when.
š¹ Balance Sheet Grouping by Subgroup
The balance sheet now supports a new level of grouping:Ā subgroups. Account groups can be linked to a subgroup, and the report will organize lines accordingly ā making the balance sheet easier to read and audit for the accounting team. Existing account groups have been migrated automatically.
š¹ Navigate to Expense Batch from Journal Entries
A new smart button has been added to journal entry forms. When a journal entry was generated from an expense batch, you can now jump directly to the related batch with one click ā no more searching manually.
š¹ Print Expense Batch as PDF
You can now generate and print a PDF report for any expense batch directly from the batch form. Useful for physical approvals, filing, and audit documentation.
š¹ Repair Orders: Diagnosed Failure Code in List View
The diagnosed failure code is now visible directly in the repair order list view for users with the Mining access group ā no need to open each order individually.
š¹ Repair Orders: Serial Number Visible to Micro Group
Users in the Micro access group can now see the Serial Number field in repair order list and kanban views.
⨠Improvements
āļø Duplicate Invoice Prevention on Purchase Orders
Uploading a vendor bill on a fully billed purchase order will no longer create a duplicate invoice. The system now blocks this automatically before the document is saved.
āļø Position Field Restricted by Role
The Position (lot reference) field in repair order list view is now only visible to users in the NOC or Mining access groups, reducing visual clutter for other roles.
