✨ In this release, the Innovation & Development Team and the Datacenter Development Team continue to focus on automation and stability, ensuring a seamless experience across purchasing, accounting, and expense management.

🚀 New Features

🔹 Icon Added to the Agreements Module

The Agreements module now includes a distinctive icon, making it easier to identify and navigate within the system.

🔹 Auto-Set PIN ID to Match Badge ID

The system now automatically aligns the PIN ID with the auto-generated Badge ID, ensuring data consistency across employee records.

🔹 Auto-Confirm Purchase Orders Upon Approval

Purchase Orders are now automatically confirmed as soon as they are approved, eliminating manual steps and streamlining workflows.

🔹 Contractor Invoice-Based Compensation from Payroll Module

Contractor invoices can now be generated from the payroll module, providing better traceability and a more transparent compensation process. 

✨ Improvements

⚙️ Required Analytic Account by Default

The analytic account field is now mandatory by default, promoting more accurate and structured accounting.

🐞 Fixed Module Update Error Affecting Vendor Bills

Resolved an issue that caused errors in vendor bills during certain module updates, improving system reliability.

💳 Expenses – Keep Credit Card Payments in Draft Status

Credit card payments linked to expenses will now remain in Draft until final validation, giving more control to the finance team.

📄 Bill Confirmation from Approval Process

Bills created through the approval workflow are now automatically confirmed if valid; otherwise, they stay in draft for manual review.

💱 Fixed Automatic Currency Rate Sync (USD–PYG)

Corrected an issue in the automatic exchange rate synchronization from BCP, ensuring accurate USD–PYG currency updates.

🔁 Improvements to ICS Data Sync

The ICS data integration is now faster and more stable, with enhanced update handling and reduced synchronization errors.
