✨ For this release, the Innovation & Development Team joined forces with the Datacenter Development Team for a shared release—bringing even more value across our operations. Here’s what’s new:

🔹 Agreement Reminder Notifications

Stay on top of key dates with automatic alerts for upcoming milestones and agreement end dates.

🔹 Vendor Bill Creation in Approvals

Create vendor bills directly within the approvals process for easier finance tracking of advancements.

🔹 Mass Employee User Creation

Quickly create multiple employee users at once, saving valuable setup time.

🔹 Agreements Module Enhancements

The Tags field is now visible on the agreement form, and the list view has been updated with key details for faster access.

✨ Improvements

⚠️ Purchase Order Cancellation Warning

A confirmation step now appears before cancelling a purchase order, preventing accidental cancellations.

👥 Flexible Expense Management

Admins and Advanced Users can now change the employee on Petty Cash and Credit Card expenses.

💡 Datacenter Development Team Joins the Release! 🎉

For the first time, our Datacenter Development Team is contributing to this release.

Their upcoming work will introduce:

🔹 Better Equipment Management – New fields and categories to track mining equipment details and organize warehouses for clearer inventory control.

🔹 Streamlined Repairs Process – An enhanced repair workflow to log issues, track diagnostics, and manage each step until equipment is fully repaired and back in service.
